Some experiences stick with you FOREVER and they pop up at the most random time - maybe to bring a smile to your face, maybe to encourage you to pause and reflect for a moment, maybe to remind you of your growth, maybe to encourage you to plan your next experience. 🤷🏼‍♀️💛

This trip to Nepal is one of my fave life experiences EVER. It felt very hard at times and was out of my comfort zone - yet so magical!!!

I still remember it.
I still feel it.
I was 100% changed by it.

Who is starting something new or in the contemplation stage?

This reminder is for you gorgeous human 👇🏼

New chapters are supposed to have all the feels ✨ you job is to allow all the emotions, feel into them and then choose what serves you and make THAT your primary focus.

It’s human nature to want everyone’s support - it makes you feel loved and like you belong - but sometimes the lack of support is exactly what you need right now. Yes I know that sounds weird - trust me! Choose where your focus is, this will be huge for your new beginning.

Grateful ☀️ gosh Australia is beautiful!! A little time on Philip Island was 👏🏼 we also got to see some fairy penguins 🐧 waddle out of the ocean after sunset. 🥹

😮 If you are being lack - guess what’s coming.
😊 If you are being abundance - guess what’s coming.

A basic example is your finances - if you desire financial freedom but are thinking (consciously and subconscious) about how many bills you’ve got and how expensive life is 😩 … guess what’s coming.

This concept can frustrate people (it did me years ago) but so powerful once you get it. It feels hard to master but then it just clicks and 💥 .

If you are struggling to set and keep a high vibe intention (both in thought and energy) in an area of your life let’s talk.

🙆‍♂️ Before I start working with a client we have a “get to know each other” chat. After the session, if I'm not feeling excited and ready to dive in, I tune in and ask myself why were we connected, are we a good fit, can this work? I feel into working together rather than just seeing it “as another client”. The money is never the driver. It won’t work if it is.

Today I was reminded of this. I walked away from a chat with SO much excitement about the client and the work we could do. This is the feeling that guides me. This is what I call in more of.

If it doesn’t excite you – pause, ask questions, allow your soul to answer. It may not mean it’s a no, the pause gives you time to allow things to pop up that help you decide.
