Potts Point Sports & Remedial Massage

I completed my BSc (Hons) Biochemistry with Medical Biochemistry in Cardiff, UK. I travelled South America for 6 months and arrived in Sydney in 2009. I continued my education with a Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2013 at NSW School of Massage. Currently, I am studying my Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University with 2 more years to go!

Sport has been a huge part of my life and, growing up, I spent a lot of time on the tennis court competing in the UK and US. It is now a love hate relationship with tennis and I, but I am on court more, as well as in my backyard lifting weights- COVID-19 backyard transformation! Running has been a kind of meditation for me and whilst training for the Sydney half marathon years ago I met Luke Khoury (owner of KC The Sports Chiropractor). I worked in the clinic for 7 years, 5 of those as a member of Sydney Elite Massage Therapy. I have an ongoing relationship with the clinic on a referral basis which holds all my clients in good stead, should further assessment or rehab be required.

Being able to move freely is taken for granted by most of us when we're young. I endeavor to assist as many of us to keep on moving freely. I understand the demands of the body, how the body responds and adapts to injury, how tissue repairs and remodels, how hard work feels, and the desire to achieve goals. Further studies:
