My heart is full of gratitude and thanks to the wonderful team and organisers behind the Melbourne Fertility Expo for bringing together community near and far and offering the people of Melbourne a jam packed day of Fertility information.

It was just so wonderful to connect with so many heart centred, passionate practitioners in the Fertility Community.

Representing all sides of the Fertility journey, science, medical, mental health, support organisations, physical health and spiritual.

Everyone there to connect, support and help others. Truly wonderful to share space with you all ✨️ ❇️ 💖

I had some wonderful conversations and look forward to connecting and collaborating in the weeks to come.

You don’t have to stay stuck in your head during your IVF journey.

It's really helpful to share your thoughts and get a different perspective.

Hypnotherapy and CBT can be wonderful tools to help with shifting from your head to your heart and womb space.
