Our July EmpowerHer Women’s Circle became a sanctuary for transformation. Women from every path arrived carrying stories, silent hopes, and the weight of unspoken grief.
Through the gentle guidance of emotion cards and the wisdom of the emotional wheel, we checked in with our true selves; no masks, just raw honesty.
The “cup of emotions” and the glass water ritual invited us to witness our feelings, to let the turbulence settle, and to honour every shade of our experience. Grief was a common thread, but as the evening unfolded, it wove itself into connection, release, and a luminous sense of belonging.
What began as heaviness ended in lightness. We remembered our spiritual roots and the power of gathering in sisterhood. These circles are more than events, they are:
✨ sacred spaces for deep healing,
✨ authentic connection, and
✨ soul-level renewal.
