OT GYMS - Growing Young Minds and Skills OT GYMS provides Occupational Therapy services on Sydney's Lower North Shore. We partner with NSST

OT GYMS is a Paediatric Occupational Therapy service aiming to support children and their families to GROW! Growing in their skill capabilities, friendships, and independence. Areas of support include fine motor, gross motor, social skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, emotional regulation, self-care, planning and executive functioning skills. OT GYMS also offers clinic-based services in Chatswood, partnering with North Shore Speech Therapy. Working alongside a Speech Therapy practice also allows clients to access additional therapy services, and allows effective team work and collaboration. OT GYMS can also offer mobile services in the Lower North Shore area of NSW, delivering intervention in a variety of environments such as homes, preschools and schools (depending access granted)

OT GYMS will be working alongside North Shore Speech Therapy in their Chatswood Clinic!! This partnership will support our clients to access additional therapy needs, and promote collaborative practice between multi-disciplinary members.

We are excited to announce that NSST will be working alongside OT GYMS with Harriet joining us at our Chatswood Clinic. This opportunity will help support our clients in accessing additional therapies and promote effective team work with Occupational Therapy services.

Harriet has over 7 years’ experience working with children with a range of strengths and challenges. She is a creative and dynamic therapist, who is passionate about collaborating with families, allied health and educational staff to achieve goals that are truly meaningful for your child!
