During the Easter school holidays, Rhodes Optometry - Sydney Myopia Clinic will be offering complimentary myopia risk assessment reports to all children from age 6 to 12 when they get a full eye examination Monday to Friday. (excludes Saturdays) This includes axial length measurements, prescription, and binocular vision assessment.

Located conveniently in Rhodes Central with over 400 underground car spaces and opposite Rhodes train station. Rhodes Optometry welcomes patients from all over Greater Sydney.

Repeated low-level red-light therapy (RLRL therapy) is a drug-free option for parents who are concerned about the implications of long-term atropine use for their young children requiring extra myopia control.

RLRLT has been TGA approved for myopia control in young children by gently stimulating blood flow in the ocular fundus to alleviate sclera hypoxia and control the axial lengthening that causes myopia.
