I’m looking for 20 volunteers who would be willing to join me for a 30 minute Zoom 1:1 conversation about your relationship with your mum.

The purpose of our conversation is to understand how our relationships with our mothers have shaped and influenced our lives.

My relationship with my mother can be found in 'The Art of Forgiveness' by Rachael Coopes.

Whether your experience was loving, complicated, distant, beautiful, painful or all of the above your story matters.

This is a safe space to reflect, share, and explore how this relationship has shaped you your identity, your patterns, and your strength.

These conversations will support an upcoming project focused on healing, awareness, and transforming mother wounds into deeper self-understanding and compassion.
