Anna's Low Carb Kitchen is back!!
I'm really excited to share this news with you all, as I know many of you who are following along, have been doing so since the original Anna's Low Carb Kitchen.
I originally started this page back in 2015 😳 with a few (actually a lot) of twists & turns, some breaks, and 2 name changes along the way, I've done a full 360 and are back to my original love and passion of sharing low carb recipes, tips and tricks, that make living low carb (and experiencing the benefits!) easy 💛
It's crazy to think back to those times where so many disregarded low carb as "just another fad diet" or "dangerous" and wrote it off. I always knew it was so much more, and it's pleasing to see so many headlines and studies now reveal the true benefits of reducing carbs and sugar in our diets!
Ten years later, with two little ones in tow, my philosophy around low carb has evolved. I’m so excited to share this new, expanded approach with you. In my younger years, low carb was all about maintaining weight and energy, the goal was “as low as possible.” But now, as a mum in my mid 40s juggling a lot more, it's not so black and white 🤣
✅ Some things are still the same - my love for creating easy, simple, low carb recipes, finding new and wholesome lower carb products, and sharing ways to make your time in the kitchen even more efficient!
❌ Big NO's for me are highly processed low carb foods, anything with crappy ingredients that I don't recognise, protein bars that taste like cardboard and recipes that use a bucket load of expensive ingredients that are not readily available!!!
I'm a tad nervous to be re entering this world of social media 😬 and gosh have things changed!!! Please bear with me as I learn all the new bits and pieces, my posting to start with will be very casual as I ease myself back in, but I'd absolutely love to hear what you'd like me to answer / talk about / share, to help you on your low carb journey.
