We’re so excited to finally share this with you! Come along to our first family yoga event with your little ones in a fun, nurturing space where you can PAUSE, BREATHE and PLAY together.

🕑 2:00 - 3:30pm

The ‘power of positivity’ was our theme for this term. Yesterday the kids and I chatted about how we SHINE on the inside.

One little yogi said “we shine inside when we are proud of ourselves” 🥹
