💻 Constant computer work can put stress on your wrist muscles and joints, leading to inflammation of tendons that attach to the wrist.

😩 Symptoms can include pain with wrist or thumb movement, or swelling around the wrist. You may also experience muscle cramping or tightness in your forearm muscles.

Try this quick and easy remedy at your desk with an elastic band!

⏱️ I’d suggest 30-60 seconds each side everyday.

🙌🏽 Both Executives & Employees are finding it difficult to prioritise their Health & Well-being!

Deloitte Insights Report:

‘How health-savvy executives can go beyond workplace wellness to workplace well-being—for themselves and their people’.

👉🏽 To further explore the link between work and well-being, respondents were asked to indicate how often they’re able to engage in healthy habits and behaviours. While some of these practices are not directly tied to work, in today’s increasingly remote workplace there’s much more overlap between people’s personal and professional lives and the boundaries here continue to blur.

👉🏽 The results revealed that although executives are better off than their employees, both groups are finding it difficult to make time for their well-being. For example, only around half of employees and 2/3 of the C-suite use all of their vacation time, take microbreaks during the day, get enough sleep, and have enough time for friends and family.

💲 Health is like money. We never have a true idea of its value until we lose it.
