When the kids were diagnosed with coeliac disease and went gluten free, we also significantly reduced the dairy in their diets… to help with the inflammation and best support their digestion and healing ❤️‍🩹

Hospital today for one of my coeliac boys.. typical teen is STARVING! 🤣💙 I dreaded the options available at the hospital cafeteria but huge suprise to see these gluten free labeled sushi rolls + approved soy sauces!!
