To our wonderful community,

As we approach the end of 2025, I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank you for your continued support throughout what has been a very busy—and for many, a challenging—year.

Thank you for your patience during our eight-week fit-out period and for the unwavering encouragement you showed us along the way. Your support gave us strength right through to the finish line.

I would also like to extend my deepest gratitude to our incredible team. To our staff—past and present—thank you for your dedication, care, and professionalism. You show up every day with kindness, resilience, and a genuine commitment to our patients and community. I am deeply grateful for your hard work, your compassion, and the pride you take in what you do. This business would not be what it is without you.

This year, we have said farewell to several team members who have been with us since our very first day in 2020. As they graduate from their tertiary studies or pursue new career paths, we wish them every success. A special congratulations to our amazing students who have just completed the HSC—your futures are bright, and the sky truly is the limit.

We have also shared in moments of both sadness and joy within our community. We remember those we have lost, and we celebrate with our new mums and dads as they welcome new life into the world.

If there is one thing this year has reminded us, it is that life is becoming harder for some. Please never feel you need to go without your medications—come and speak to us. We are here to help.

We are proud to be part of this community, grateful to serve it, and committed to showing up every day to support you and your loved ones.
