Most of the weight changes you see from day to day is just water.

It comes and goes much faster than building or metabolising body fat.

So if you wake up and you are 1kg heavier don't freak out and be disheartened.

As a personal trainer, I can tell you that there are four key things you need to focus on to achieve an amazing transformation:
A structured periodized training program: This means having a plan that is tailored to your goals and progresses over time, so that you are constantly challenging yourself and making progress.
A nutritious, healthy and well-balanced, high protein diet: Proper nutrition is essential for fueling your body and providing the nutrients it needs to recover and grow. A diet that is high in protein will help to build and maintain muscle.
Sleep and stress management: Getting enough sleep and managing stress are important for overall health and well-being. Lack of sleep and chronic stress can interfere with your body's ability to recover and make progress.
Effort/compliance: Ultimately, the success of your transformation will depend on your own effort. You need to be consistent with your training, nutrition, sleep, and stress management in order to see results.

5 Reasons you haven't built the muscle you want
1.No workout plan.
Without a structured plan, you may not have a clear understanding of how to progress towards your goals and may not be targeting the right muscle groups.
2. Changing programs too regularly.
It's important to stick to a program long enough to see results, rather than constantly switching things up and not allowing your body to adapt.
3. Not applying progressive overload.
This means gradually increasing the weight or resistance in your workouts to challenge your muscles and encourage growth.
4.Lacking intensity in workouts.
If you're not pushing yourself to the point of muscle fatigue, you may not be stimulating enough muscle growth.
5.Not consistently eating enough /getting enough sleep or recovery
Adequate nutrition and rest are essential for muscle growth and recovery. Without them, your body may not have the resources it needs to build muscle.

We often and naturally seek the easiest way to do things. This can result in us not facing any challenges. By pushing ourselves out of our comfort zones and not giving in to the path of least resistance, we can achieve greater results and reach our fitness goals.
So, don't let your body take the easy way out, challenge yourself and see the positive changes that come with it.
