Did you know that today, September 7 2024, marks the beginning of the 4 day celebration for lord Ganesha's Birthday.

Although Ganesha has many attributes, he is readily identified by his elephant head and four arms.

He is widely revered, more specifically, as the remover of obstacles and bringer of good luck, the patron of arts and sciences; and the deva of intellect and wisdom.

As the god of beginnings, he is honoured at the start of rites and ceremonies. Ganesha is also invoked during writing sessions as a patron of letters and learning.

Ganesha is found at the entrance to Alasana blessing you all as you enter and leave.

Known as the remover of obstacles, he ensures a smooth flow of positive energy into Alasana.

His presence is believed to bring prosperity, success, and good luck.

When pregnant, the cells of the baby migrate into the mothers bloodstream and then circle back into the baby, it’s called “fetal-maternal microchimerism”.⁠
For 41 weeks, the cells circulate and merge backwards and forwards, and after the baby is born, many of these cells stay in the mother’s body, leaving a permanent imprint in the mothers tissues, bones, brain, and skin, and often stay there for decades. Every single child a mother has afterwards will leave a similar imprint on her body, too.
Even if a pregnancy doesn’t go to full term or if you have an abortion, these cells still migrate into your bloodstream.
Research has shown that if a mother’s heart is injured, fetal cells will rush to the site of the injury and change into different types of cells that specialize in mending the heart.
The baby helps repair the mother, while the mother builds the baby.
How cool is that?
This is often why certain illnesses vanish while pregnant.
It’s incredible how mothers bodies protect the baby at all costs, and the baby protects & rebuilds the mother back - so that the baby can develop safely and survive.
Think about crazy cravings for a moment. What was the mother deficient in that the baby made them crave?
Studies have also shown cells from a fetus in a mothers brain 18 years after she gave birth. How amazing is that?”

Can’t believe I waited so long.

It was so yummy! I didn’t think I would like it on its own, but it tastes fine and it’s so creamy like a glass of milk. Having been told and read the benefits of drinking every morning so many times for so many years I always intended to do it but just didn’t.🤷‍♀️

We are funny creatures, anyhoo I’m so happy to be on the program now I’m sharing! Yes,I’m hoping to now become one of those annoyingly healthy, glowing, happy celery pushers 😂🥳🌱🌱

Just sharing my beautiful walk on Friday afternoon for a little hint 😉 Highly recommend if you can’t make it in for massage this month, almost just as good, is a walk out in nature even if it’s near your home we have so many lovely pathways, gardens, beaches, rivers and National Parks nearby. It is so beneficial for us, you will feel energised, stretch out any tight muscles and sleep well restoring and repairing your body, mind and soul similar to a massage.
