There can be times when things feel overwhelming distressing even when you are working hard on self regulation and seeking support from others. It is important to pre-plan a range of different options as no single support or strategy will be helpful every time you need it. The Beyond Now app is a good resource to help with that process.
Here are some other suggestions from Lifeline.

Use the Beyond Now web app to create a safety plan to help you cope when you're feeling unsafe or suicidal. You can create your plan using the form on this page. You can also use the mobile app if you want to be able to save it to your phone and update it whenever you need to.
