As we approach this celestial milestone, celebrating the solstice at home can bring peace, joy, and reflection. Here are enchanting ways to embrace the winter solstice, infusing your space with warmth and light during the chill of winter:

Illuminate the Darkness: On the darkest day of the year, gather candles, lanterns, or string lights and arrange them around your home. As dusk falls, light them one by one, reflecting on the past year and setting intentions for the new cycle.

Create a winter nature table: The winter solstice is deeply connected to nature. Decorate a space in your home such as a shelf or small table with evergreen branches, pinecones, and other natural wintery treasures. This a symbolic reflection of connection with this season.

Solstice Feast: Prepare warming, hearty stews, soups and roast and celebrate with warm, spiced drinks.

Reflect and Release: Journal or meditate, reflecting on the past year. Write down what you wish to release with the long night, and consider what hopes and dreams you will carry into the returning light.

- shop at local markets or organic grocers if you can
- Avoid getting stuck in your habits!, choose a variety of food to gain a wider range of nutrients.

- Each and every second 310 Kg of toxic chemicals are released into our air, land, and water by industrial facilities around the world.

☠️ This amounts to approximately 10 million tons (over 21 billion pounds) of toxic chemicals released into our environment by industries each year.

☠️ These chemical include carcinogens, endocrine disrupter and "forever chemical" that don't break down

☢️Avoid plastics
✅ plant-based/chemical free skincare, makeup and soaps
✅ choose plant-based/chemical free cleaning products
☢️ avoid teflon and 'non-stick' cookware made from chemicals
