“For me, that’s win, win, win, win, win!” 💚

That’s how Jo Muirhead summed up Theratrak in her recent conversation with our founder and OT, Laura Simmons, on The Entrepreneurial Clinician podcast. 🎧

We’ll take it. 🙋

Because Theratrak was built to solve one of the biggest gaps in therapy: What happens between sessions? 👀

With Theratrak, any therapist can:
✅ Send clear, personalised home programs
✅ Provide asynchronous support between appointments
✅ Give feedback when families need it
✅ Help parents and caregivers feel more confident
✅ Support children to keep practising in real life

With Theratrak, it means therapy doesn’t just stay inside the clinic room. 🚀

Therapy carries into the home, the routines, the tricky moments, and the everyday practice that helps participants build skills over time. 🎯

💬 For therapists… 💬
It means less chasing, fewer lost worksheets, and clearer communication.

📲 For families… 📲
It means support they can come back to exactly when they need it.

💫 For participants… 💫
It means therapy has a better chance of becoming part of everyday life.

Win, win, win, win, win. ⭐

is getting close… and we’re officially getting excited! 📣

The Occupational Therapy Australia OTX Conference is happening next month from Tuesday 23 June to Wednesday 24 June in sunny Brisbane, QLD. 🌞

We’re especially looking forward to the return of Pitch It - the “shark-tank” style session where OTs and innovators get to share new ideas, tools, and service models that could help shape the future of OT practice. 🎤

Theratrak founder Laura Simmons has been part of the Conference Committee again this year, helping support a program filled with practical insights, innovation, and future-focused conversations for the OT community. 💡

And after last year’s very popular Burnout Bingo at the Theratrak exhibit… we’ve got something new planned for 2026. 👀

Let’s just say it’s fun, hands-on, and designed to show how quickly therapists can create and send home programs with Theratrak. ⏱️

If you’re heading to , come and visit us in the Exhibition section. 🙋

We’d love to see you there - send us a message if you’re attending! 💬

Therapy doesn’t stop when the session ends. 💚

That idea sits at the heart of Theratrak - and it’s something Founder and OT Laura Simmons spoke about in her recent conversation on The Entrepreneurial Clinician Podcast with host Jo Muirhead Jo Muirhead / Jo Muirhead. 🎧

As Laura shared, Theratrak has always had three big goals: 👀

✅ Increase access to therapy support
✅ Reduce the time families need to spend in therapy
✅ Make therapy more affordable and sustainable

Because as an early intervention therapist, Laura has seen how life-changing the right support can be for children and families - especially when it reaches them early. ⭐

But the reality is, there’s only so much a therapist can do in a 45-60 minute session. ⏳

The real impact often happens afterwards:
🎯 in the home,
🎯 in the routine,
🎯 in the repetition,
🎯 in the moments where strategies become part of everyday life.

That’s why Theratrak was built to support what happens between sessions. 💫

Therapists can send clear, personalised home programs, set reminders, support families to follow through, and keep therapy moving in the real world - without adding more admin to already busy workloads. 📲

Innovation in healthcare shouldn’t replace clinicians - it should help clinicians create more impact. 💥

The future of therapy is looking a whole lot less like “where did I put that post-it?” 😅

Have you checked out Theratrak’s new Progress Reporting Tool? 👀

Designed to help clinicians track progress more clearly, reduce reporting stress, and show real-world therapy outcomes with more confidence. 💫

As our founder and OT Laura Simmons says:

💬 “Theratrak is built for the future of therapy - where care is proactive, measurable, and collaborative. This is a feature clinicians have been asking for, and we’re excited to finally put it in their hands.” 💬

With the new Progress Reporting Tool, clinics can: 👀

✅ Link therapy activities directly to SMART goals
✅ Track participant progress over time
✅ Capture evidence as therapy happens
✅ Generate outcome reports that reflect real-world functional change

🎯 Less scrambling before reviews.
🎯 Less piecing together progress from memory.
🎯 Less time spent starting reports from scratch.

And more time focused on supporting participants, families, and care teams. 💚

The future of therapy isn’t just more digital - it’s more connected, more measurable, and easier for clinicians to manage. 🚀

Therapy isn’t a 45-minute moment. 💬

Laura said it perfectly in this episode: we’re taught to be “like a coach”, but there’s only so much we can do in a 45–60 minute session. 🎯

The real magic is what happens outside of sessions. 💫

The Entrepreneurial Clinician Podcast host Jo Muirhead / Jo Muirhead said this was one of the most interesting conversations she’s had this season! 👀

Therapy is about the everyday practice that turns a strategy into a habit. 🎯

It’s embedding what you worked on in the real world that creates change. ⚡

But here’s the sticking point most clinicians (and families) know too well - how do you get the program home, make it easy to understand, and support follow-through without adding more admin? 📲

That’s exactly the gap Theratrak was built to solve. 💚

Theratrak helps you translate what happened in-session into a clear, engaging home program, then supports families with the right reminders at the right time so practice actually happens. ✅

Learn more about Laura’s story of being an OT, using innovation to change healthcare while not replacing healthcare workers. 🚀

Public service announcement! The is coming up quickly next month! 📣

The OTX Conference from the amazing team at Occupational Therapy Australia is quickly approaching on TUES 23 June - WED 24 June - this year in sunny Brisbane, QLD! 🌞

One session we’re especially excited about is the return of Pitch It. Back for its second year, this “shark-tank” style session gives OTs and innovators the chance to showcase new ideas, tools, and service models that could shape the future of practice. 🎤

Theratrak founder Laura Simmons helped bring this part of the conference to life, supporting the innovative event that is practical, bold, and grounded in real OT challenges. 🚀

Laura has been on the Conference Committee again this year helping to ensure the program is packed with innovation, future-thinking and informative sessions. 💡

Last year at the Theratrak exhibit, we had a VERY popular Burnout Bingo activity for OTs to discuss the most common draining activities. This year, we’ve got something different and extra special planned! 👀

If you’re attending the , come visit Theratrak in the Exhibition section! Send us a message to let us know you're attending. 💬

We speak to allied health clinics every week… and one thing comes up again and again… 👀

📝 Waitlists! 📝

We’ve spoken to clinics with 100+ people waiting. Sometimes 500+ families. And in rare cases… over 1,000 people are waiting for a therapy appointment!! 🤯

There are only so many therapists and appointment slots - but families still need support while they wait. ⏳

This is why clinics are using Theratrak to support participants *before* 1:1 sessions begin. 🚀

The impact is real: 🎯

🧠 In a Theratrak study with , waitlisted participants completed an 8-week program and showed improvements across all mental health measures.

📊 In another study, Thrive Group used Theratrak to support waitlisted families led to:
✔️ Less admin, more impact - Therapists reported huge time savings.
✔️ Higher engagement - Families on waitlists felt more supported.
✔️ Better outcomes - More kids completed home therapy activities.
✔️ Higher job satisfaction - Therapy teams showcased more enjoyment in their work

Therapy support shouldn’t only start when someone reaches the top of the list. People need help everyday. 💫

So what does better Theratrak reporting actually look like in a real clinic? 👀

It’s not just about writing reports faster - it’s about using the data you already have, in smarter ways. 🚀

Here’s how clinics are already using Theratrak’s Progress Reporting tools: ➡️

✅ Adding clear progress summaries straight into NDIS review reports
✅ Including real evidence in end-of-term or end-of-year school reports
✅ Reviewing weekly or term snapshots to track growth over time
✅ Using data in team meetings to refine supports and adjust goals

No more scrambling before reviews! ⭐

And no more piecing together progress from memory! ⭐

Just clearer insights, better conversations, and more confident decision-making. 💚

Because when your reporting is structured and consistent - it doesn’t just save time - it actually improves the way therapy is delivered. 🎯
