เมื่อวาน รดีเป็นจิตอาสา สอนนวดสลักเส้นกระจายลม และวิธีนวดผ่อนคลายให้เด็กเล็ก จัดโดยสมาคม Thai Welfare ซิดนีย์ ออสเตรเลีย

สนุกสนานมากค่ะ เด็กๆ ชอบเวลาโดนนวด แต่ต้องเปลี่ยนท่านวดทุกๆ 10 วินาที🤣 เพราะเด็กๆ กำลังคลานเก่งค่ะ

ช่วงท้าย โชว์ท่านวดที่ใช้ในการแข่งขัน จักหน่อยค่ะ☺️💗

Yesterday, I volunteered to teach AirSculpture Massage and gentle relaxation techniques for young children at a workshop organised by the Thai Welfare Association in Sydney, Australia.

It was such a joyful experience! The little ones absolutely loved being massaged — although I had to change techniques every 10 seconds because they were all busy crawling around! 🤣

At the end of the session, I also gave a short demonstration of the massage techniques I use in competitions. ☺️💗

I used to feel like I was walking alone, but this competition made me realise that we are one big family — therapists who share the same passion and heart.

แข่งนวดชิงแชมป์โลกวันแรก ตื่นเต้นมาก ผู้เข้าแข่ง 51 คน จาก 15 ประเทศ เก่งกันทุกคน ไม่ธรรมดา
แต่เรากลับรู้สึกดีนะ เหมือนเป็นครอบครัวใหญ่ ได้เจอคนที่รัก และศรัทธาในงานนวดเหมือนกัน
พรุ่งนี้แข่งอีกวัน เป็นกำลังใจให้หมอรดีด้วยนะคะ🙏☺️

First day at the Australian Massage Championship 2025 — so excited!
There are 51 competitors from 15 countries, and everyone is incredibly skilled.
But I actually feel great — it’s like being part of a big family, surrounded by people who share the same love and passion for massage.
One more day of competition tomorrow — please cheer for me! 💛
