Anxiety, Uneasiness, Minerals, and Fulvic Humic Acid.... ✔️
Below we have the periodic table of elements.
I'd like everyone to pay attention to the red box with Mg, Ca, Sr, and Ba highlighted. They are Magnesium, Calcium, Strontium, and Barium.
Elements that are in the same vertical column are called "groups" - and each one of the minerals tends to act like the others do in the same vertical column.
Magnesium and Calcium act very much alike, and have the same electric charge under normal circumstances of +2. They have the same electron valences - and share chemical similarities due to being alike in atomic structure.
Symptoms of Magnesium deficiency:
1. Muscle Twitches and Cramps
Twitches, tremors and muscle cramps are signs of magnesium deficiency. In worst case scenarios, deficiency may even cause seizures or convulsions (5Trusted Source, 6Trusted Source).
2. Mental health disorders
Mental health disorders are another possible consequence of magnesium deficiency.
These include apathy, which is characterized by mental numbness or lack of emotion. Worsened deficiency may even lead to delirium and coma. Additionally, observational studies have associated low magnesium levels with an increased risk of depression.
3. Osteoporosis
Osteoporosis is a disorder characterized by weak bones and an increased risk of bone fractures.
Numerous factors influence the risk of developing osteoporosis. These include:
aging
lack of exercise
poor dietary intake of vitamins D and K.
Interestingly, magnesium deficiency is also a risk factor for osteoporosis. Deficiency might weaken bones directly, but it also lowers the blood levels of calcium, the main building block of bones
4. Fatigue and muscle weakness
Fatigue, a condition characterized by physical or mental exhaustion or weakness, is another symptom of magnesium deficiency.
5. High blood pressure
Animal studies show that magnesium deficiency may increase blood pressure and promote high blood pressure, which is a strong risk factor for heart disease
6. Asthma
Magnesium deficiency is sometimes seen in people with severe asthma.
Additionally, magnesium levels tend to be lower in individuals with asthma than in people who do not have the condition.
Researchers believe a lack of magnesium may cause the buildup of calcium in the muscles lining the airways of the lungs. This causes the airways to constrict, making breathing more difficult.
Interestingly, an inhaler with magnesium sulfate is sometimes given to people with severe asthma to help relax and expand the airways. For those with life threatening symptoms, injections are the preferred method of delivery
7. Irregular heartbeat
Heart arrhythmia, or irregular heartbeat, is among the most serious symptoms of magnesium deficiency.
The symptoms of arrhythmia are mild in most cases. Often, it has no symptoms at all. However, in some people, it may cause heart palpitations, which are pauses between heartbeats.
Other possible symptoms of arrhythmia include:
-lightheadedness
-shortness of breath
-chest pain
-fainting
In the most severe cases, arrhythmia may increase the risk of stroke or heart failure.
Scientists believe that an imbalance of potassium levels inside and outside of heart muscle cells may be to blame, a condition associated with magnesium deficiency

Alright, onto the nuts and bolts of the post here.
Since the "groups" or vertical columns of elements tend to act like each other - when you are deficient in one mineral, you will hang onto more of another from the same "group".
Why?
Because the body will hang onto the other elements in an attempt to use them as the ones it's deficient in.
The key ones to note are Mg, and Ca - and the Barium and Strontium.
Magnesium and Calcium are beneficial to the human body, Barium and Strontium however - are not.
When one starts to get adequate mineral supply of Mg and Ca, the body will then have to displace the Barium and Strontium it's hung onto to attempt to fill in the gaps for deficiency.
THIS can look a lot like "anxiety" and "heart palpitations" as the barium and strontium are dumped, and they are instead filled in with Calcium and Magnesium.
The toxic Barium and Strontium will them make it's way out of the body primarily through the kidneys and digestive tract.
This is where FHA shines with its fulvic and humic acid - these two substances act like "sponges" to chelate out the toxic minerals, while simultaneously replacing the toxic elements with beneficial ones.
This is usually a temporary side effect as the body remineralizes and dumps the toxicity, but energetically many people will feel the exchange.
Even subtle changes in the body in terms of mineral supply and homeostasis can be felt by most people, and those who are more deficient will also feel it more intensely as the body returns to a healthy state of being.
So if you've felt slight "anxiety" or "heartbeat changes" for a short moment after starting FHA , this isn't anything surprising - as heavy metals love to accumulate in fatty tissue, and the heart is one of these places. As you remineralize and dump toxicity - many times you will feel the body getting back to the state it was meant to be in.
Not everyone will experience this, as everyone toxicity load is different. Everyone's mineral supply/reserves/intake/demands are different too.
This post is only to help explain what might be happening to some people after starting to take fulvic and humic acid, so they can be made aware of the changes happening inside their bodies.
