✨ I’ve been busy diving deep into the study of Kinesiology over the past couple of months and am excited to incorporate these techniques into my practice!

I’m looking for some people who are open to being part of my learning journey. This will allow me to practice and refine my skills as I integrate Kinesiology into my treatments.

These sessions will be complimentary and added to your regular massage treatment, with bookings extended to 90 minutes to ensure enough time for both modalities. *please note these spots will be limited.

Kinesiology is a powerful healing modality used to improve overall wellbeing by balancing the body’s natural flow of energy and releasing energetic blockages for optimal function.

I thought I would introduce myself ☺️
I’m Hayley from .body and I have been a massage therapist for almost 10 years and am also a master reiki practitioner.
It has been my greatest purpose and gift in this life to be of service to others and it brings me so much joy that I am able to do this work to help others heal.
I believe that our physical symptoms can also be a reflection of imbalances in our internal emotional state and nervous system so my treatments focus on the body as a whole to release & rebalance both the physical & energetic bodies.
My techniques include, remedial massage, myofascial release, trigger point / acupressure, traditional cupping, IASTM scrapping & reiki energy healing, all to help bring balance and harmony to the body, mind & spirit.

It is my highest intention to create a safe and supportive space for you to heal.
