⚡️Raise Your Vibrations⚡️
All that surrounds us in life, all that is living on this earth is vibration; therefore, everything existing is made up of energy.

As humans, we are complex and are exposed to numerous environmental circumstances that affect our emotional, mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. When our energy is vibrating on a lower frequency the energy is considered to be dense. This dense energy, believe it or not is the type of energy that is noticed by others without you even speaking a word!
So, raising your vibrations isn’t about constantly being happy and skipping over meadows, though it is about attuning yourself to the frequency of the earth’s elements and the frequency of the universe.

It is normal as a human for our vibration to go in ebb and flows, by being self-aware and body scanning yourself, you will be able to recognise when your vibrations need to be lifted.
