🌟 Delicious Oats with Apple and Dates Recipe 🌟

Start your day with a wholesome, delicious breakfast that's easy to make and packed with nutrients! Try our Oats with Apple and Dates recipe for a morning boost. 🍎🌞

Ingredients:

1/3 cup rolled oats
1.5 tsp chia seeds
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup water
1 apple, sliced
3-4 medjool dates chopped
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/3-1/2 cup high protein Greek yoghurt

Optional:
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Protein powder
Toppings: nuts and/or seeds

Instructions:

Mix oats, chia seeds, water and milk, and leave to soak for 10mins to overnight.
Put into a saucepan and simmer for 5mins, stirring occasionally.
Add the diced apple, chopped dates, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
If desired, add honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness.
Continue to cook for another 5-7 minutes until the oats are creamy and the apples are tender.
Spoon the oatmeal into bowls, add protein powder if desired, and top with Greek yoghurt and your favorite nuts/seeds, for added texture.
