A few important things to remember when trying to REHABILITATE AN INJURY:

βœ… Massage therapy is usually only a small part of the big puzzle 🧩
βœ… Stretching plays an important part
βœ… Exercise selection is important
βœ… Only strengthen/shorten the areas that NEED it
βœ… You should be making progress from your initial appointment
βœ… Repeated injuries are a clear sign of a flaw within the approach itself
βœ… Follow up with your practitioner, therapist or coach. If you had pain for 6+ months it is very unlikely you will wrap your head around the full approach after an initial appointment
