Event description
Full Moon Sound Healing & Chakra Balancing
Join us under the enchanting full moon for a soul-soothing evening of Kundalini yoga, sound healing and chakra balancing at Sydney Park on Sunday, 12 January, from 5:00 PM to 6:45 PM.

Set in the tranquil beauty of nature, this outdoor experience begins with a series of gentle Kundalini yoga warm-up movements to awaken your energy, open your heart, and prepare your body and mind for deep relaxation. These dynamic stretches and breathwork techniques will help activate your energy flow and enhance the benefits of the session.

Following this, immerse yourself in the therapeutic power of sound and energy alignment. Allow the sacred resonance of the gong, deep tones of the handpan, melodic Native American flute, grounding rhythms of the shamanic medicine drum, meditative singing bowls and soothing chimes to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and harmony.

To deepen the experience, chakra-balancing tuning forks will be used on or around your body to align and harmonise your energy centers, helping to release blockages and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit.

This transformative session, illuminated by the magic of the full moon, is the perfect way to reflect, release, and set intentions for the year ahead.

January 2025
Let's take time before action.
Let's project ourselves from our essence and expand our creative power.
Let's be focussed and sensitive and choose the right action.
Let's nourish our soul using the appropriate personality, identity, and projection.
This month is a time to trust our guts and our feelings in order to plant the right seeds for the coming year. We need to acknowledge the changes we have experienced in the past year and their consequences into our lives.
It requires some determination and focus, quality of the number 1, but it requires as well to keep our flexibility.
In our first class of 2025 we will work on the Kriya “working on the lower spine” to loose up the control to become flexible and the meditation “Channel your Psyche” to feel your soul.
I am holding regular Kundalini yoga classes at OWN welling center, 8-10 Victoria St, Newtown NSW 2042. Classes are at 6pm Tuesday, 10am Saturday.
Looking forward to seeing you
Much Love

Sat Nam
In February, the opportunity for choice emerges. This selection is intended to offer greater diversity, yet it also brings with it the emergence of fear and doubt.
One is absolute. Two is difference. In duality, we encounter two distinct paths: fusion and separation, each representing opposite sides of the same coin. Our inclination tends towards fusion, but when faced with adversity, we often resort to separation, relinquishing responsibility to others. This inconsistency leaves us vulnerable to external events. For instance, we vow eternal love to our partner, embracing fusion, yet at the slightest wrongdoing, we abruptly sever ties, forgetting our initial commitment. Thus, the interplay between fusion and separation renders us victims of circumstance.
This occurs because we struggle with commitment. To genuinely commit, we must consciously decide to honour our commitments. Often, our initial intentions are not sincere or are already biased, leading to a lack of genuine commitment.
For example, if your motivation for seeking a partnership stems from a fear of loneliness, you might rush into a relationship with someone, any person, without taking the time to determine if they are truly a suitable match or if genuine love exists. This immediate fusion is not about the other person; it's about filling an inner void, an attempt to avoid being alone. This indicates that your initial intention is biased, driven by a desire to escape solitude rather than a genuine connection with the other person. Your intention is compromised, centred not on the relationship itself, but on your personal fear of loneliness.
Thus, when issues arise in this hastily formed relationship, such as deceit, the instinct to separate emerges, which is the antithesis of fusion. The commitment was never truly to the person but to the idea of avoiding loneliness. Therefore, a genuine choice can only be made when we take responsibility for our actions.
This principle holds true not only in intimate relationships but in all aspects of life, including practices like Kundalini Yoga and the relationship with oneself. A common deficiency is self-love. Self-love, akin to love for others, is constant and not contingent on conditions of fusion or separation. It persists even when we or others make mistakes. It's not about loving the mistakes but accepting and loving the person despite those mistakes.
Fusion and separation often lead to significant pain because they are rooted in hopes, fears, doubts, and unfulfilled promises—either those we cannot maintain or those made by others that fall short. This cycle frequently results in deep disappointment.
The only healthy way to navigate from 1 to 2 is not to lose the connection with oneself and enter 2 to increase the possibility where we have one more option to move, not either we fusion or separation. The conflict come with choice, we can see peace and war, love and hate, day and night. Whenever we have the opposite, we have the choice, we feel the action is enriched, but also destabilised.
So this week we will work on to increase our capacity to face the life with the creatives, which depends a lot on the openness of our heart, when our heart is open, we need to have the resistance in our arcline, then we will finish with going beyond our polarities with some elevation.

21/01/2024

Sat Nam,
Let’s start by looking at the numbers of 2024. Primarily, we have: 2+0+2+4 = 8, Pranic body. And secondarily: 2+4 = 6, Arcline 4, Neutral mind & 2, Negative Mind.
8 is the flow of energy/Prana between 2 polarities that meet in the middle of the 8. 8 is our resources and how we manage them.

How do I use my Prana, and for what?
These decisions depend on our self-authority; how much do we rely on our inner self versus how much do the impressions, opinions, and information that reach us from outside influence us? In other words, how much power do we give to others to “decide” for us, which is usually unconscious?
Here, the Arcline plays an important role. A healthy Arcline tells us what is right or just for us, independently from outside influences. Our Arcline is the link between our infinite and finite, the channel of our intuition. Our Neutral mind (4) is our capacity to integrate that information without judgment.
8 is about constant flow and continuity, like ocean waves. If we fight the waves, try to impose another rhythm, and judge them (too high, too big, too small, …), we create discontinuity and pain, and we miss the prosperity of that moment. There is no in-between, whether we experience continuity or not.
2 and 8 are like a pair (2+8=10). 2 reflects the separation, the longing, and 8, the experience between our limited and infinite selves. Contemplating our breath, we experience both the unlimited flow of Prana going through our body and the instinctive/unconscious movements of our muscles that allow the breath, as well as the limited vessel that contains that expansion (our limited physical body with its boundaries). Contemplating our breath, we witness a constant expansion and contraction, a constant manifestation of both the unlimited and limited.
Here are some reflections to support us in embracing the prosperity of 2024, the flow of life constantly pouring its blessings.
Regain your self-authority!
Drop the outer expectations you are trying to fulfill.
Sometimes, they hide in the form of inner voices: “I should be like this, I should not be that, I should be more of this, …”.

Free yourself!
Be independent of the voice of social media, and do not define yourself according to collective standards or short-term artificial norms. Come back to your centre, the core of your being, and from there, expand & project into the outer world.

Take responsibility; life is about you, not the others!
Honour your commitment, be aware of your impact, and stop to justify your shortcomings.

Let go of your obsolete beliefs, inappropriate structures, and improper relationships…
What does not serve your essence, let it go and accept the grief. What you let go of creates a space to welcome a new prana, an opportunity to re-align yourself.

Stand for what resonates within you!
There is nothing to fight against. Define your values and integrity from within and find the courage to stand for it. You have nothing to lose.

Life is a gift; the question is, what can you digest?
Life is life; life is not against or for you, and life is not positive or negative. The flow of prana is constant and comes to you if you need to discover your deeper self. What you label as unfavourable is what you cannot digest; what you label as positive is what fits your preconceptions of what should be life.

It is time to play!
If you are in the moment, sensing, feeling, perceiving, … each moment is a chance to discover more, to be engaged more, … like a child, life is a playground where there is no attachment.

Your past was perfect!
Everything you experienced in your past, in your childhood, was precisely what you needed to become who you are. There is nobody to blame. Everybody did their best according to who they were, including you. There is nothing to heal! The only lesson to learn from our past is compassion.

There is only inner conflict!
Whatever or whoever comes your way, if you experience discontinuity, there is an inner conflict within, which means 2 parts of yourself want different things, creating an inner tension. There is no solution outside of you.

Go in nature!
Reduce your time on your screens and spend time in nature. Nature is the creation of God/Goddess; our screens and all information that go through them are human creations.

Confront yourself before life confronts you,
