🚺 5 hour surgery
🚺 Breast reduction inclusive of ni**le-areolar repositioning in higher position attached to breast blood supply
🚺 Internal Bra to support new breast position
🚺 Abdominoplasty with repair of re**us divination for a strong core 💪🏻
🚺Liposuction contouring of waist, hips and flanks
🚺Garments to support the results for 6 weeks

☑️3 nights in hospital
☑️ 2 weeks not driving
☑️ 6 weeks no heavy exercise or lifting
☑️ combination surgeries are possible but can increase the recovery and risks, expect 2-3 weeks off work and 6 weeks full recovery to full duties.

GP referral for all procedures please as they are very helpful in your recovery.

Asymmetrical Breast Reduction with Lift and Internal Bra at 3 Months.

40-45yo patient
Treatment of differential neck, back and shoulder pain as well as significant wardrobe adjustments for asymmetry of 2 cup sizes.

☑️1 night in hospital
☑️3 hour surgery inclusive of asleep ‘sit up’ to ensure symmetry and balance
☑️2 weeks off work
☑️ 6 weeks of heavy exercise and lifting
☑️10 days not driving
Lifting is an inherent component of a reduction to re-site ni**le and areolar connected to the breast blood and nerve supply
Internal bra to re-enforce and support new breast position
Dr O’Hara strongly advises against smoking anytime around surgery as affects results and health.
GP referral required for all procedures

Blepharoplasty or Eyelid reduction for obstruction of visual fields and heavy eyelids. Having your vision checked by an optometrist is always beneficial first.

Oh what a night! I had a fantastic night at VIVID ideas exchange discussing all things Plastic Surgery, beauty, the future and cosmetic surgery changes. I so enjoyed the interesting and informative panelists, Phillipa McGuinness and Stephanie Darling who taught me so much and tolerated my excitement at my first ‘green room’ experience!
