💭 Do you ever find yourself caught in a loop of overthinking?
Anxiety often makes our minds run faster than we’d like, replaying scenarios or worrying about the “what ifs.”

Here are a few gentle strategies that may help ease overthinking:
🌿 Ground yourself in the present (try the 5-4-3-2-1 technique).
🌿 Write down your thoughts to take them out of your head.
🌿 Take a mindful pause — a walk, some breathing, or a quiet moment.

If anxiety or overthinking is overwhelming, counselling can offer a safe space to explore it and find new ways to cope. You don’t have to manage it alone.
