Hello friends! It’s been a hot minute, hasn’t it? Life has been life-ing... for all of us!
My youngest started school this year, a big moment for this mum. So I’ve opened Monday appointments 🥳
I am stretching outside my comfort zone by studying a higher level Kinesiology course next month😬
And life wouldn’t be complete without some surprise speed bumps, or should I say ‘opportunities to practice what I preach’🫠

So in light of that, I wanted to ask you…

➡️ How is your cup feeling right now?⬅️
Is it full? Half full? Running on empty?

You already know how it goes: You can’t pour from an empty cup.

Your well-being isn’t a luxury. It’s the foundation that keeps everything else running smoothly.

So a little check-in for you:
💚Have you taken a moment just for yourself today?
💚When was the last time you truly felt rested?
💚Have you moved your energy around your body today?
💚Is your body giving you little (or loud) signs that it needs some TLC?

If it’s been a while since your last session, consider this your gentle nudge to carve out that time for yourself. A reset, a release, a little space just for you to be held.

I’m here to support you, whether it’s with stress, overwhelm, getting back on track, or just that general “meh” feeling.

Last few Align tickets left!!

This will be a soul nourishing evening of self care, nervous system regulation, energy healing and reconnecting with yourself.

We’ve all been told that we should carve time out for our “self care” and that we can’t pour from an empty cup. But with the demands of life, being a mum, work, family etc. it is hard to put the guilt aside and put ourselves first once in a while.

It is my intention for this event to fill your cup back up.

It is my intention for you to retreat to pause and breathe. For you to release the held tension, restore your balance, reconnect to your body and renew your energy so that you can return to your life with an inner calm.

How often do you catch yourself with your shoulders up around your ears? Or perhaps you notice that you sometimes hold your breath?

Our nervous systems are always assessing for danger and safety. Tension is the result of a perceived threat. Then the body tries to give us feedback. But a lot of the time we are completely unaware of it!

That’s where Kinesiology can help by identifying and making you aware of the subconscious belief / stuck emotions needing to be released / how we perceived an event / etc.

I love helping people to shift their perceptions and reframe their beliefs to create more freedom in their lives.

You know when you’re in a bit of a funk and you feel a bit off?
And you go through your self checklist: Do I need to drink more water? Have I eaten recently? Is my cycle due? Has someone triggered something within me? Etc. And you still can’t quite pinpoint what it is that’s making you feel funky?

It could it be your energy 💫

The body has so many intelligent systems throughout it. The one I find most fascinating is the energy body.

There is energy all throughout our bodies; flowing up and down our bodies, arms and legs via meridians, rotating in our energy centres or chakras, surrounding us in auras and more!

I explain it like Wifi...

You can’t see wifi.
You can’t hear wifi.
You can’t feel wifi.
But you know if your wifi is on or off, because all your devices aren’t connected and don’t work!

It’s the same with energy.
You can’t see or hear it, but you know when it’s blocked or not functioning well because you feel disconnected or ‘off’.

Removing any blocks and rebalancing your energy, activates the body’s innate ability to heal itself and can do wonders for your physical and mental health.

So how do you do it?
You can balance your own energy by grounding, breathwork, meditating, sound healing, being in nature, having acupuncture... And of course kinesiology!

If your internal wifi signal is low or patchy, then perhaps a healing session to clear some of the gunk out of the way is just what you need to feel clearer, lighter, energised and connected.

Ultimately, you’ll feel more like you✨💫

A new week, a new month and a new season!

As the temperature drops it is a perfect time to slow down. A time for deeper nourishment. A time to go inwards, to check in with yourself and how you currently feel.

A time to reflect, reassess and reset…


So how DO you feel in your body, your mind and your heart?

Start with the basics and ponder the following questions:

❄️Are you sleeping deeply each night?
❄️Do you wake up feeling rested and energised for the day?
❄️How does your energy change throughout the day?
❄️What are you fuelling your body with?
❄️What is your body craving?
❄️How often do you move your body each week?
❄️Do you have a regular mental health or self care practice?
❄️What did you say ‘yes’ to, when you really wanted to say no?
❄️What is something you have done in the last week that has left you feeling fulfilled and happy?

Now... Imagine how you WANT to feel. Notice the space between the two.

What is something that you could start / stop / change to get you closer to that feeling? Then set yourself some intentions. Make a deal with yourself that you’ll try it for the month of June. It doesn’t have to be big. It just has to be something.

Because nothing changes if nothing changes!

Keeping myself accountable, this month I am focusing on eating 3 balanced meals a day. I’m guilty of skipping lunch and then snacking all arvo. I know that my hormones, blood sugar, energy and mood will be happier for it.
