Occupational Therapy with Emily

I'm Emily, a Paediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) from Australia, currently practicing in Hong Kong. I'm a caregiver to my brother diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Throughout my years practicing and being a caregiver I've picked up some tips & tricks along the way that I want to share with parents, teachers and therapist a like.

I create resources online ranging from free printables and activities to more in-depth ebooks about specific topics. I also love to share knowledge and spread more awareness about children's occupational therapy, as I know OT can be a bit hard to wrap our heads around. Currently I am working on youtube videos and a podcast series to answer frequently asked questions about OT interventions. With the wealth of information online nowadays, it can be so overwhelming when googling strategies and recommendations. I hope by providing practical strategies in fun and refreshing ways I can educate and inspire you.

I believe in sharing my knowledge and resources, because by doing so we will all reach our ultimate goals of supporting all our kiddos to grow, thrive and fulfil their 'occupations' to Play, Learn and have Fun!
