By providing individual support and catering to each client’s needs, Dominique offers a personalized 12-week or a 6-month program, with twice monthly 60-minute appointments via phone, Skype or in-person to help craft and hone dietary suggestions and alternatives that work best for your current lifestyle and future health goals. Examining everything from sleep patterns to environmental factors, she’ll help you identify your triggers and strengths to help find your personal turning point for looking and feeling great in your own body, every day.
