“Sisterhood” is an incredibly powerful word in a time when women are redefining their own roles in society, solidifying their identities, and in particular, coming into new understandings of their relationships with one another.

Sisterhood is the underlying force behind us supporting each other and even unites women who don’t know one another. It’s about a nurturing type of love and empathy for each person’s life experience.

Join us Sunday 13th for a Sacred Sisterhood Pool Party to come together during this extraordinary time. Only 3 tixs left x

Your growth will intimidate other people. You have to remember to not take it personally. They can project their own perceptions of limitations onto you.

Who do you spend time with is who you become. You want to be with people who challenge you, who believe in you, who encourage you, that cheerleader you, that teach you, that inspires you kindness and empathy.

“Those who do not move, do not notice their chains” ~ Rosa Luxemburg

Who in your life is holding you back?

Keep rising strong sister. We want to see you shine ✨💜

Every sister during their life still looks at the mirror & gets caught up in our own stories of limiting beliefs & negative thoughts. We all still get frustrated, impatient and sometimes act out of fear instead of love.

This duality in our life especially in these moments are our biggest teacher, it is a reminder of where we need to grow. Sometimes facing the pain instead of living with it is the most courageous action we can take.

When we sit in circle we remember the beauty in our sensitivity, vulnerability & continue to speak our truth. We see & hear you sisters 🙏🏽💛🌞

“Sometimes, reaching out and taking someone’s hand is the beginning of a journey. At other times, it is allowing another to take yours”
Vera Nazar

It takes courage and self awareness to ask for support.

We are the first one to give someone the physical and mental space that they need in the present moment. It can be easier because when we give, we are in control in certain way. But when the roles are reveresed we welcome a vulnerable part of ourselves. We might be afraid of being perceived as needy or “weak”.

No matter what limiting belief your upbringing childhood has created about this; we are here to tell you that asking for help means you care enough about yourself to prioritize your wellbeing🤗

You matter! And we need you at your best💕
