POV:
IT’S ACTUALLY EASIER THAN YOU THINK TO FEEL FANTASTIC!
I have put the basics to the test for myself for four weeks now - eat clean, no toxins, no stimulants, lots of rest and sleep, lots of exercise, lots of connection, lots of nature, lots of stillness and self reflection - and guess what - I feel absolute JOY flowing through me; and honestly, I haven’t really felt that in quite a long time.
It’s easier than we think to help ourselves.
We simply need to put down the screens and the shortcuts and do as nature intended for us. It’s that simple, I promise. Try it - you won’t be disappointed - it’s the best therapy there is!
Turns out, to help ourselves be well, we have to NOT self-abandon with the short cuts and distractions and excuses, but rather be WITH ourselves wholly and rawly. Hard at first, but so so worth it!
