Got questions about Someone.Health?
Here are a few we hear all the time:

✅ Is it really free?
Yes — with a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, sessions are 100% bulk-billed through Medicare.

✅ How does it work?
Book online, match with a psychologist, and talk from anywhere in Australia — all virtually, and from the comfort of home.

✅ What is a mental health care plan?
Otherwise known as a mental health treatment plan, it is created by your GP, and is required in order to access bulk-billed
psycholgy sessions.

✅ What do I need?
Just a device with a camera and internet. That's it!

Mental health support should be simple and accessible.

Did you know Doomscrolling makes you 12 times to suffer serious mental health issues?

“Doomscrolling activates the brain’s stress response, keeping the nervous system in a constant state of hypervigilance,” said Someone.health CEO, Sarah Richardson.

Read our tips on how you can stop doomscrolling and getting you back to feeling yourself again.

While we’ve been told for years that phone use is directly linked to our mental health, new research has revealed just how detrimental our nightly doom scrolls can be.
