Change your diet, change your products, choose eco friendly, choose wise. Do your research and find out how you can help stop Global Climate Change. But just do it.
Do it for your pups, do it for your children, do it for yourself, but don’t be afraid to try new ways, as new ways are the only way to save our future.

I’ve been on this non-toxic journey for quite some time now and a big part of the woman I am today has to do when I learned this....
The “law of yes or no”... no “if’s “, just yes or no. I thank my sis for this lesson!
“Is this product good for me, the Planet and the animals? Is this person an energy vampire?”. “Is this good for my mental health?”. These are just some things I live by on a daily basis and I have to tell you, it has definitely been a ride of real awakening and that’s what I want for you reading this message!

Summer blonde vibes ✨

This one is for all my blonde babes out there! It’s so important to protect our hair, not just during the hot summer months, but all year long! We definitely don’t want to throw out the window the beautiful balayage you recently got right? So here are some tips to protect it from damaging and fading!
First off, when I go to the beach, I always make sure to bring some sort of hat! Second, put a “UV Color Locking + Protective Spray” all over the hair, followed by Restore Leave In Conditioner. Then put on a bun or braid and a hat! I try not to wet my hair, but if you go swimming, repeat those steps! Easy right?
Now’s when the FUN starts!! When you get home, wash your hair and use a purple or blue shampoo like Monat’s Perfectly Platinum duo! You always want to go for sulfate and chemical free ones! Only use this shampoo as needed as it is more of a toner! No purple shampoo should be used everyday! After treating your blonde tones, you need a hair mask that will bring back hydration into your hair and my favorite right now is the “Super Nourish Hair Masque” which I use 2x a week!
Then before you style, whether it be with hot tools or not, always use a leave in conditioner and a hair serum! Keep in mind “oils” should be used after hot tools so you don’t fry up your hair ✨
