April’s class was a busy one! 8 couples (one by zoom) spent the weekend together to prepare for their positive births.
We love teaching and especially love the course for the partners. Seeing their confidence grow as they learn practical tools to connect with and support pregnancy and labour.
We can’t wait to hear how they went ❤️

And that’s a wrap for our March 2026 Hypnobirthing Course! 4 couples who now feel excited and prepared to meet their baby.

During our 3 days together we cover physiology, breath work, visualisation, affirmation, touch techniques, relaxation tools, acupressure, positioning, birth mapping, assessing interventions, postpartum planning, and whatever else else may be on their minds.

I genuinely love teaching, and I always say that I love this course more for the partners than I do for the women. It really shines a light on the full scope of the partner support role and so often they leave genuinely excited for labour.
Bring it on! 🙌🏻

Hypnobirthing is for every pregnancy, whatever your goals. Spend your pregnancy connecting with your baby and preparing to meet them positively. Independent childbirth education is one of the best investments you can make before your baby’s arrival.
