Cooked Purslane for the first time this evening. Tasted really great. If you like Okra/Ladies Finger, I am sure you will love it. I plan to grow this on my veggie patch from now on. Just recently found out that Purslane is Rich in anti oxidants and omega 3 vitamins. Give it a go guys.
