Hi everyone,
I am offering online meditation sessions. Lively Physiotherapy & Pilates Studio has offered the zoom platform for me to use. The aim is to raise funds for the Fred Hollow's Foundation, to restore sights to those needed in third world and developing countries, or you can donate to any charity of your choice. I have been feeling overwhelmed, thinking about 2025. Here is an art therapy to turn this emotion into Courage. I started with red water colour, the overwhelment, then I thought of joy, represented by yellow, and lastly black watercolour for courage.

School holiday workshop 1 is done. We had so much fun, creating a neurographic art, expressing an emotion or a challenging issue on paper. Releasing the emotion and replacing it with calmness, and new energy, connecting to the unconscious mind, and getting new insight.

Here is my creation, dissolving the emotion of dread, in a particular situation in my life, transforming the energy with love (pink), compassion (yellow), patience (blue), growth (green), and opportunities/hope (white). I feel connected and guided by the Divine (purple) while being grounded to the Earth (brown). The image looks like a cocoon to me. so dread has been transformed into a new beginning, a new energy. What do you see in my artwork?
