Precision Lifting is about improving your technique, strength, and knowledge when it comes to components of olympic lifting, Crossfit, and competitive events. We seek to improve your knowledge and ability to carry out lifts correctly and safely, whilst also working towards other specific strength and conditioning goals you may have. that the strength, power, accuracy and co-ordination that olympic lifting provides can directly attribute positive results to any other sport! Operating out of a state of the art facility on 28 Margaret Street Sydney CBD, we are open to one on one training and prep, along with small groups and corporate groups.
