You can have an advantage to improve your meditation by respecting your choices and outcome of the practice of meditation.
There are many ways to support your practice of simple or deeper meditation with very little effort. The desire to require a type of peacefulness in your daily life is just one idea with so much strength and opportunity for you.
The choice of where you meditate is a deeply personal requirement. You might choose to sit, stand , walk or lay down or belong to a group or simply be on your own, all methods are wonderful and have meaning to you.
