No matter how many sit ups, or side to side crunches, (let alone whatever this is) you do… we cannot burn fat from a specific part of your body.

It’s NOT how our physiology or metabolism works 🤦‍♂️

Ah yes, because your body suddenly checks the clock, gasps dramatically, and says
“Oh no… it’s 6:01pm. Straight to fat storage.” 😱⏰

Carbs don’t turn into villains at night.
Your metabolism doesn’t clock off.
Your body doesn’t know what time it is, it knows total intake, activity, and consistency.

If carbs after 6pm caused fat gain, every shift worker on earth would be doomed.

Eat carbs when they fit your day, your training, and your life.
Rules without context aren’t discipline, they’re just diet folklore. 🍝🧠
