💓 Hearts all over the world 🌍 Watching Justin Bieber’s Coachella set felt like witnessing someone find peace in real time. The simplicity, the softness, and that beautiful moment he sang alongside his younger self. It was a quiet reminder that healing can be meeting who we once were with grace. I was lucky to meet him once in LA at Chateau Marmont when and I were having dinner. He was so kind, sweet, and genuinely present. After our conversation he said ‘God bless you,’ and it stayed with me for years, I think because it felt like he really meant it. Sometimes, it’s the smallest gestures that remind us how much light still lives in the world. 🙏🏽💘💘💘

Had the loveliest garden chat with my Vedic meditation teacher yesterday 🌿💬 Six years ago, I decided to learn Vedic meditation, and it’s been a calm, steady companion ever since. The clarity it brings helps me navigate work, life, and everything in between, like switching my brain from “buffering” to “a high-speed connection” 😌✨
Anna has this beautiful way of making the ancient teachings feel so down-to-earth and practical. And one of the best bits? You can retake the course as many times as you like! I’ll be doing it again this May for a little clarity refresh 🧘🏻‍♀️🌸

The “hidden” ingredients in your pantry are often the biggest drivers of low-grade inflammation. If you’re trying to heal your gut but still using standard supermarket seasonings… Watch this!

🔑 Here is my nutritionist-approved swap list to clean up your kitchen:

SOY SAUCE: Most big-brand soy sauces are loaded with caramel color and sulphites. Swap them for a clean, naturally fermented Tamari, coconut aminos or gluten-free soy.

STIR-FRY SAUCE: Bottled sauces can be up to 40% refined sugar and modified starches. Use unpasteurized Miso paste for a fermented, probiotic-rich umami boost.

MARINADES: Avoid the “High Fructose Corn Syrup” found in BBQ marinades. Use Smoked Paprika for that deep, smoky flavor without the synthetic additives.

DRESSINGS: Pre-made dressings are almost always based on inflammatory seed oils. Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) is a superior choice as it helps regulate glucose and primes your stomach for better digestion.
