Together2 and Ageing for Better invite Inner West seniors to join us this March for a special program of FREE activities celebrating movement, connection and positive ageing.

🌿 Seniors Strength & Balance Workshops
Gentle, beginner friendly sessions focused on movement, confidence and social connection.
Morning or afternoon sessions available between 4–11 March.

🤝 Intergenerational Program
A unique four week program bringing seniors and students together through shared activities, movement and connection.
Running Wednesdays from 11 March to 1 April.

All activities are welcoming, inclusive and designed to support wellbeing, confidence and community participation.

As part of Seniors Festival 2026, Together2 and Ageing for Better invite Inner West seniors to join our FREE wellbeing workshops focused on movement, balance and confidence.

These gentle, beginner-friendly sessions are designed to support everyday strength, prevent falls and encourage social connection in a warm and welcoming environment.
