Room to Breathe

A Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) session designed for those who would like some "room to breathe", space and nourishment.

These 1.5 hour DMT sessions will be held monthly and will incorporate personal exploration and expression in a group context. All are welcome as you are, to engage in these sessions as you need.

A great opportunity also for those who would like to check out a DMT session without committing to a whole program. All are welcome to come once or twice or every month.

Date: Thursday, Nov 20
Time: 6:15 for a 6:30pm start.
Location: The Basement (at Pittwater Uniting Church, 10 Jubilee Ave, Warriewood).
Cost: $30
Bring: A notebook and pen. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
