Theatresports increases confidence, listening skills and teamwork, as well as strengthening problem solving abilities and creative thinking, all in a hilarious, fun and supportive environment!

Theatresports are fast paced, action packed games that combine wit, humour and performance skill. They involve improvisation, imagination role play, voice use and movement.

The Cool Kids Anxiety management program is a 10 week, evidence based, skills program that teaches children, adolescents, and their parents ways to manage anxiety.

The program involves:
- Teaching children and adolescents about realistic thinking
- Facing fears using step ladders
- Learning coping skills
- Confidence building and problem solving
-Skills for parenting an anxious child
