I run writing workshops and 1-1 face to face sessions at my base in Bali with people from all over the world. I specialise in connecting individuals with themselves helping them understand the power they hold within them at every moment. I do this whilst offering my overseas clients the opportunity to work with me 1-1 online and the most incredible group online 8 week writing from within course.

The journey I have been on to get me to this joyful, powerful, purposful moment in my life now has been a tough one, a really tough one. But this journey has gifted me with the most incredible learning, growth and the ability to know what it takes to get you through the darkness and find your light.

So let me ask you……Have you lost your purpose? who you are, what you are here to do? Have this niggling feeling inside that there is something more for you, you do not know how to find it and that ni**le that once was a whisper and is now becoming a shout? You do not know which way to go now?

I have been there! I understand, and I know a way out!

There was a time when I completely lost who I was, I even looked like a completely different person, I looked in the mirror and did not recognise the person staring back at me! Something had to change but I could not see the wood through the trees, how did I get out?

I went through some of the hardest times in my life, I was on my knees begging for it to stop, lost in my despair at 3am in the morning, unable to breathe due to my anxiety something told me to reach for the empty journal that had been sitting in my room for the last 4years unused.

I started to write and 3 hours later I was still going. I had found my connection to myself and to source again. It gave me answers to my questions, enabled me to heal so much from my past, to help me understand the present and to help me find my purpose, to find the courage to step forward into who I really was, make some massive decisions and bravely and boldly leap forward into the life that was waiting for me, to leave the from the outside perfect in the box life, to manifest and create the life that I wanted and I went from lost to found, from weak to small and from sheep to LION!

Writing is now an essential part of the work I do with my clients and a practice I use myself every day. Does this sound like something you would like to connect to? That you would like answers for?
