A groundbreaking study of over 300,000 births has provided the first biological evidence of what midwives and mothers have long understood - the postpartum journey extends far beyond those first few weeks.

Happy New Baby! 💗

I'm excited to share our Prenatal yoga & Qi gong sessions return this coming Saturday.

As someone who discovered the incredible benefits of gentle movement during my own pregnancy I know how overwhelming this time can be. Sometimes you just need a calm space to breathe, move, and connect - both with your baby and other mums who get it.

These sessions aren't about striking the perfect pose or pushing yourself to a new edge.
They're about:
• Finding comfort in your changing body
• Learning breathing techniques that actually help
• Meeting other local mums-to-be
• Taking 75 minutes just for you and your baby

Starting this Saturday (Jan 11th), 9:30-10:45 AM. Wear whatever feels comfortable - leggings and a soft top are perfect. Absolute beginners are more than welcome!

International Day Of Yoga 2024

International day of yoga is an opportunity to give thanks for the profound gift of yoga and to honour our teachers and their lineages.

This year’s theme is Yoga For Self and Society. Yoga is a non-sectarian science of transformation that offers a truly holistic approach to health and wellbeing. Self care has always been a central part of the practice and philosophy of yoga long before became a hashtag!

I first discovered the healing power of yoga in my early teens. In a dusty old school hall at the end of my first yoga class lying in Savasana I experienced a felt sense of coming home. Ever since it has been my compass on life’s journey and my passion to teach and share!

Yoga offers both the tools and a rich and relevant philosophy to house them in. As much as anything yoga is a practice that fosters self-reliance, equanimity and a deeper more authentic connection with self and society.
