If you're currently using the Dexcom G6 or another CGM through the NDSS Subsidy* Initiative, you can now switch to Dexcom G7! Here’s how:

✅ Speak to your healthcare professional – They can update your CGM device via the NDSS Health Professional Portal.
✅ If they don’t have portal access – You and your healthcare professional can complete the ‘Update or Ceasing’ form instead.
