Aim for Hope Counselling Aim for Hope provides counselling in Grief and Loss, Relationshops, Anxiety and Trauma. I am a registered counsellor with an undergraduate degree in Psychology.

Loss can be traumatic and unexpected just as much as it can be something we knew was coming but are not sure how to manage. My role as counsellor is to offer you support, validate those feelings and work through the anxiety and fears that can rise through grieving. I have over 5 years experience in grief and loss counselling and all aspects of change that can be impacted through bereavement. I als
