I might look like a loser but I feel nice.
Here is my morning Gua Sha face routine.
I used a metal Gua Sha tool and coconut oil on my face after I wash it in the morning.
Moving gently in the direction of lymphatic capillaries towards the node groups.
I do this to get rid of the morning face puff, improve circulation, and support my lymphatic system.
Somehow vanity says it makes me feel pretty too.

I’m Marina and I was a professional ballet dancer internationally for a decade, until 2018, in the Uk, Germany, Croatia, the Philippines, the Czech Republic, Romania and Bulgaria.

I’ve been providing remedial massage to my colleagues and other fitness lovers around the world since 2013, as well as learning a variety of techniques from other therapists everywhere I lived or toured.

My treatments incorporate dry needling and cupping techniques, as well as hands on massage, and other tools like the massage gun and kinesiotaping.
