From Personal Training, FIIT30 (small group PT), Reformer Pilates and a wide variety of Group Fitness classes including Yoga, Pilates, Cycle, Zumba, Les MIlls and you're bound to have a great time and achieve your health, fitness, and lifestyle goals! 9:30am Abs, Butt and Thighs 🍑

Tabata is a high intensity workout that focuses on 20 seconds of exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest! This is the perfect way to increase your heart rate, get the muscles pumping, and have a short effective workout that you will feel for days 😅💪🏽

Abs, Butts and thighs… the name speaks for itself! In this clause you will be targeting the muscles of the lower half of your body. Strengthening in toning - your glutes and thighs! And of course building a strong core
