Do you have poor sleep or insomnia and are averse to conventional exercise? Tai Chi is an option for you.

A high quality trial involving 320 older adults with insomnia found that Tai Chi and conventional exercise are equally effective in improving sleep and the beneficial effects remained persistent 24 months.

Read the interesting research published in JAMA Network here:

This randomized clinical trial assessed the effectiveness of tai chi practice for insomnia among adults aged 60 years or older in comparison with conventional exercise and a control group.
